Produced by small breweries, it means unpasteurized and unfiltered beer, therefore not heat-treated for long storage but able to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics.
Exclusively based on barley and/or wheat malt with the addition of hops, yeast and water, excluding preservatives or other chemical additives.
Craft beer can have many aromas and flavored: amber, dark, pale, flavored, sweet, bitter, all made to satisfy every palate and to accompany both traditional dishes and most international ones.
