A dry, crumbly biscuit whose balance is marvellously eshanced by the tangy aroma of lemon peel. The recipe, exclusive to the Pasticcieri in Montalcino, was created to complement the delicate, slightly sweet amabie flavour of Moscadello di Montalcino wine.

Ingredients: flour, sugar, almonds, eggs, butter, lemon peel, ammonium bicerbonate
