The Quercecchio estate was born as a “convent with fields” belonging to the Monte Oliveto Maggiore. The Sangiovese varietal, which is the grape used to make Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Rosso di Montalcino DOC and Vino IGT RossoToscano, is  grown and cultivated here with great passion. The estate also produces Grappa di Brunello and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
