“Ossi di Morto” are delicious dry biscuits made with egg whites and almonds. They are typical of Montalcino, the land of Brunello. They are so called for their porosity and roughness, which makes them look similar to bones. Ossi di Morto are crunchy and light, made special by the whole almond inside.
