Soil: Slightly stony alluvial soils with little quantity of clay and silt

Altitude: From 280 to 310 meters a.s.l.

Vineyard: From 60 to 12 years old

Training system: Spurred Cordon, organic farming, small quantity of grape per hectare

Tasting notes: Great explosiveness on the nose, black berry fruit, spices, chocolate and coffee. Soft and round palate but with an excellent acid boost. Firm but soft tannins
